Error 61:05 on HP Designjet

This system error indicates a communication error. Solution : Check the cable connection between the plotter and PC, retry the print job. Make sure you are printing the job over the right driver (in a proper format) - not a HPGL/2 job to a plotter with no HPGL card or a Postscript job to a plotter with no Postscript support.

Solution : Open the back cover. Pull the flap down that hides the orange roller on the fuser (be careful: it's hot) Locate the inner flap that runs from the centre to the right hand side. 3/4 along the right hand side, there is a sticky out bit on this bar that should sit in a hole.
